Arrivals and departures

People will be expected to arrive from 12:00 a.m. onwards on their first booked day.

On your arrival as previous conditions to the key hand over you will be asked to:
1. Show the identity documents of the occupants so that their entry can be registered.
2. Pay the outstanding balance and the security deposit.

On the departure day, the apartment will have to be left not after 11.00 a.m. If you wish to leave the apartment later please, let us know and we will inform you if it is possible.



Changes

Once you have made your reservation through the bank, no cancellation is permitted. You will be able to modify the booked dates if there is availability that suits your request.

If due to unforeseen circumstances to the property (breakdowns, flooding, fires or any other major cause) the booked apartment couldn’t be offered, it will be possible to change the booked accommodation for another one of similar features.

If the customer doesn’t agree with change he will be able to cancel the reservation and to obtain a full refund of the money that he had already paid in or when ever is the case the amount corresponding to the days that the apartment couldn’t be offered.



Cleaning

The day of your departure the apartment should be left in reasonably cleaning conditions.
If that is not the case; a quantity corresponding to a cleaning service will be deducted from your security deposit.



Contract termination

Any non-compliance with the normal cohabiting conditions and any disrespect towards the owner and other occupants of the property could lead to a contract resolution and the customer will be forced to leave the apartment and there will be no possibility of claims or compensation.
