Booking: step by step
1. Call the number to confirm availability.
2. Once the availability has been confirmed, make a payment corresponding to a 50% of the total renting charges into a bank account in the Sabadell Atlantico bank that we should have given you when you call us. Pay it to “Bellavista Javea”.
3. Once you have made the payment you will have to send us
Payment and arrival
On your arrival you will pay the outstanding balance and the security deposit.
An identity document will be requested for each one of the tenants.
The security deposit
The security deposit will be refund at the end of your stay after inspection of the apartment.
The security deposit will be totally or partially kept when damages are noticed or the apartment is left in poor conditions.
